Got a burning question for UK Power Networks’ customer services director, Matt Rudling?

Matt is hosting his fourth live Q&A session on Twitter tomorrow night from 6pm to 8pm. For the first time participants will be able to make live video FaceTime calls to Matt.

He said: “I find this a really good informal way to engage with our customers and answer any questions they have about us. This time we are launching FaceTime so maybe I will even see some of our customers on the night.”

Customers can get in touch about anything from power cuts to apprenticeships, applying for a new electricity connection online or free help available for vulnerable customers.
Taking part is simple – just ask any question by tweeting to @UKPowerNetworks using the hashtag #askourdirector. For those with iPhone or iPad click the FaceTime button on our mobile site www.ukpowernetworks.co.uk/mobile.
A copy of the questions and answers will be available on UK Power Networks’ website the next day.
