CKG has a proven pedigree in running high-quality utility companies and a track record of wise investments. It successfully operates electricity distribution businesses serving communities in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Our shareholding structure

UK Power Networks is held by CKI, Power Assets and CK Asset. Both CKI and Power Assets hold 40% of interest in the company respectively; while CK Asset holds a 20% interest.
