Network Vision is our new outage planning application. It will provide customers with the ability to view outages affecting their site, create outage requests and manage their contact details for their own portfolio of sites.

Please complete our request for information form and email it to DG-Q&A@ukpowernetworks.co.uk. We will send you the report as quickly as we can, however it can take up to 30 working days. Although, our average response time from April 2018 to March 2019 was 10 working days.
If you would like to make a change to your SRS please complete our Request to update SRS form and email it to: MBX-SRS@ukpowernetworks.co.uk. We use the contact information you provide to us in the SRS to make you aware of interruptions affecting your generator. A copy of the SRS should be kept on the site of the generator.
