We do want to let you know who you should contact during a power cut and how you can get extra support at that time. This change was made in September 2014 following widespread power cuts due to severe weather in 2013 and early 2014. We’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and we’ll take all steps necessary to ensure that this information is treated securely. For more information please see our data privacy policy here.
