Full Turnkey – This service includes the full package of core activities carried out by UK Power Networks to deliver your order; this includes programming, notice/ permitting/ street works management, traffic management, excavation, underground or overhead connection and backfill/ reinstatement.  

Jointer Only – This service allows you to carry out the contestable elements of the delivery task (including noticing/ permitting/ street works management, traffic management, site management, the excavation/ backfill/ reinstatement). This includes overhead line connections. A programme date would be offered for us to complete your connection. The connections team is non-exclusive; they will be completing other programmed works. This service will require a contract to be set-up between all parties. 

Rent a Jointer – This service allows you to carry out the contestable elements of the delivery task (including noticing/ permitting/ street works management, traffic management, site management, the excavation/ backfill/ reinstatement) and offers you exclusive use of a jointing team for a defined period of time. Ideal for schemes and project work; you own and drive you own agreed programme. This service is priced on application and a contract will be set up between all parties.

Rent a Linesperson – This service allows you to carry out the contestable elements of the delivery task (including noticing/ permitting/ street works management, traffic management, site management, the excavation/ backfill/ reinstatement) and offers you exclusive use of an overhead team for a defined period of time. Ideal for schemes and project work; you own and drive you own agreed programme. This service is subject to availability and priced on application; a contract will be set up between all parties.

Unmetered Supply Agreements
New Unmetered Connection Works cannot be undertaken unless an Unmetered Supply Agreement exists.   • Unmetered new connections, service transfers and disconnections, underground and overhead
  • Excavation and reinstatement on the public highway to facilitate the electrical connections activity
  • Metered new connections and disconnections
