Our Smart Connect portal

We launched our LCT portal in 2021 which supports EV, battery, solar and heat pump applications. We have developed our technology to cater for multiple devices and larger solar applications (up to 50kW) to speed up the connection process. Where domestic customers do need work done at their house, this can be booked online and is free of charge.

Meeting increasing demand

We saw a 200% increase in domestic multi-device applications in the past 12 months. We have increased auto-approval rates through applying robotic process automation (RPA) and training installers to use our digital tools to speed up their notifications. Our top three installers by volume submit 100% of their applications digitally.
