Many of our customers have been living with various measures for some time now, and we want to reassure you that we have robust, Covid-safe arrangements in place to continue to operate as usual, keeping the power flowing.
Electricity is an essential part of our everyday lives, even more so now, whether that is supplying essential services such as the hospitals, or for those staying at home. Home-schooling, working from home and shielding, will steer many people’s paths for the months ahead and we are redoubling our efforts to take care of customers living in vulnerable circumstances.
