Illegal services tracking solution - Service Integrity Database

To provide an auditable and secure database that can capture, manage and report on the progress of Illegal Service Connection cases.

Key deliverables

  • Replace existing spreadsheet DB that has limited functionality, reporting or data integrity capabilities. -Facilitate case reporting and tracking by UKPN staff. -Record progress and status of individual cases and themes. Provide reporting against SLA/progress of SIT cases. -Existing systems criticised at Customer Service SSR for lack of tracking, visibility and data integrity

Target outcomes

  • Secure, resilient, searchable auditable database that integrates with SIT Mailboxes. -Facilitates internal reporting. SIT staff and managers can visualise progress, performance issues and reporting

Measures of success

  • Full adoption by Service Integrity Team. -Transfer of existing SIT Database into new secure DB
