Smart Scheduling will provide a user-friendly interface, where users can manage the customers job from the scheduling stage to the post jointing stage

Key deliverables

  • Implement scheduling tab in Netcall (Smart Quote) to schedule in jobs
  • Reduce reliance on other systems e.g. MOD, SAP and TM Hub

Target outcomes

  • Increased efficiency and improved user interface when scheduling jobs (FTE saving 2.0/ or £72,722)
  • Targeting to save 20 mins per job scheduled

Measures of success

  • Percentage utilisation by Small Services schedulers
  • Total hours saved compared to baseline process
  • FTE and cost savings achieved
