What happens after I apply?

Our surveyor will visit you
We can meet you, your builder or electrician to assess your property and answer any questions you have.
We will send a price
We need payment in full then we'll book the work in.
Work needed to prepare
Work will be needed such as digging and installing an electricity meter box. Don't worry, we'll talk you through everything beforehand.
We'll move your supply
This should take us one or two days, depending on whether you'd like us to do any digging or not.
Your electricity supplier
On the same day we visit you, the company that you pay your electricity bills to, needs to move your electricity meter. This is because they own your meter.
