Once you’ve shared your details, one of our connection experts will give you a call to discuss your project, confirm your requirements, and guide you through the next steps. If we need more information, we may also arrange a site survey.

We can meet you, your builder or electrician to assess your property and answer any questions you have.

Following our visit, we'll send you a detailed price for the work to be completed. If you're happy to go ahead, we would need full payment to proceed with booking in the work.

Before we come to visit, there are a few things that we need you to take care of. If you've decided to dig the trench yourself, you would need to make sure that's ready for us to install the cable. Also, it's important that you have your meter box installed where you want your meter moved to and connected.

If we are taking care of the digging, it might take a few days for us to complete this first. After that, we will be able to move your cable.

Your electricity supplier (the company you pay your bills to) will need to attend the same day to re-fit your electricity meter. Once that's done you're power will be ready to go.
