5G Connection
5G is the next generation of mobile connectivity and it is being rolled out across the country. The 5G technology is generally installed on existing 4G sites and it only requires a small increase of power.
What's involved in installing a 5G connections?
Check your electricity demand
Please reach out to your electricity provider to verify the amount of electricity you have signed up to receive. Your electricity supply agreement will need to be at a minimum of 15KW.
Equipment rated at corrected size
If your electricity supply can handle up to 15KW and your main fuse is rated at 100 amps, then you can proceed with your 5G connection without needing to request any works from us.

If you have done the checks mentioned above but still feel uncertain, we can provide you with clear instructions on what steps you need to take to complete your 5G connection. This service is available for a fee of £31.90 plus VAT, and we'll email you the guidance.
