‘Quality of management’ propels UK Power Networks to be Most Admired
UK Power Networks was honoured with second place in the prestigious Britain's Most Admired Companies survey for the Energy Distribution & Supply sector.
This recognition places UK Power Networks alongside industry leaders such as Octopus Energy and National Grid.
The annual benchmark, which has been running for 35 years, invites C-suite business leaders across the FTSE, as well as financial analysts, journalists, and commentators to rate companies in their sector.
Companies are rated based on a set of 13 criteria, and UK Power Networks excelled in: ‘Capacity to Innovate’, ‘Inspirational Leadership’, ‘Quality of Management’, ‘Ability to Attract, Develop & Retain Top Talent’, and ‘Long-term Value Potential’.
UK Power Networks, which distributes energy across London, the East and the South East, had an outstanding year in 2024.
It was ranked number one in the Institute of Customer Services’ Customer Satisfaction Index, and had the most satisfied customers in the sector at 93%, according to industry regulator Ofgem.
