Coronavirus (COVID-19) important information
Most non-essential utility work was paused in late March to help limit the spread of Covid-19. We are now restarting our services. Our first priority is to keep all of our employees, contractors and customers safe, by carrying out work in line with the latest Covid-19 national guidance. If your work was postponed, we thank you for your support and our team will be contacting you to arrange a revised date.

An electrical substation is essential for keeping the lights on

We have hundreds of electrical substations in London, the South East and East of England powering homes and businesses. Our substations can be located on or close to customer land so occasionally customers need access when carrying out work nearby. If access is required, one of our engineers can arrange this for you.

If you think your situation is dangerous, please stay away from the equipment and call us 24 hours a day on 0800 31 63 105 or 105 (free to call from a landline or mobile).
