Recognising and reporting scam communications

Scam emails, also known as phishing emails, are designed to trick you into clicking links, opening attachments, or sharing personal information.
 
They can look genuine and may appear to come from trusted organisations, delivery companies, utility providers, or government services.
 
If you receive an email that does not feel right, remember: Stop, Check, Report.
