Our customers and stakeholders have told us what is important to them to carry out their connections as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our performance
With more than 70,000 connections enquiries received every year, we monitor and measure the progress of these enquiries in many different ways. We have broken down our performance into a number of areas so that you can get a clearer understanding of how we are supporting the delivery of efficient and timely connections.
