Connecting more customers
We receive more than 70,000 enquiries a year, designing tailored solutions for customers ranging from homeowners to major industrial developers. We are at the heart of the Low Carbon Transition. Our Smart Connect system auto-approves 80% of our 60,000 LCT applications and our active network management solutions will ensure we can connect a further 5 GW of renewable generation over the next five years in areas where our network is constrained. Our service improvement programme

Our customers and stakeholders have told us what is important to them to carry out their connections as quickly and efficiently as possible.
