Customer satisfaction with our connections services stands at over 9/10, spanning small project approvals to storage and data centre connections of hundreds of MW capacity.
We are delivering very high levels of customer satisfaction and, where comparisons are available with other network groups, we are achieving the highest customer satisfaction feedback.
Industry surveying is conducted by an independent market research company for all networks and covers aspects such as ease of contact, communication, timeliness of quotation or connection delivery as well as overall experience with the service.
Ofgem conduct different surveys for minor connections (including up to four domestic properties and small, low-voltage commercial connections) and major connections (all other connections). The surveys are conducted at quotation stage and after the completion of connection.
