• Trial evidence of a reduction in road closures in areas using the tool (of around 38%)
• Traffic management plans produced in minutes rather than days
• Growth in trained and active users across relevant teams
• Evidence that generated plans are safe, consistent and Red Book-compliant
• Reduced manual touchpoints and improved coordination across planning and delivery

Trials delivered with Surrey and Kent local authorities; Kent considered the approach best practice after trial.

Ongoing engagement with users through training, refresh sessions and business roadshows.
