SummarAIze

SummarAIze is an initiative to improve how power outages are managed by automatically generating clear incident summaries and more accurate restoration time estimates. It uses data from our outage management system (ADMS) to help teams respond faster and keep customers better informed during power cuts.

Powercast 2.0

Powercast 2.0 is a NIA-funded discovery project exploring how UK Power Networks’ Live Fault API can be used by external partners to improve operational response to outages and proactively inform shared customers. The project engaged eight organisations across five sectors, validated high-value use cases, and produced a delivery roadmap for potential follow-on implementation through Powercast 3.0.
